Business of the BoardBoard Meetings:February 13, June 12, August 14, October 23, December 11, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse. About the Board:The Board of Directors shall meet at least four times each year. Special meetings of the Board may be called by the President. At any meeting of the Board of Directors, four voting members shall constitute a quorum. The Board normally meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in which meetings are called. Contact CCHS

Special NoticesNOTE! Meetings of the Society (according to ByLaws) are the 3rd Tuesday of even numbered months! The 2007 February membership meeting will be on February 20. Our Annual Banquet is on April 13. Other meetings throughout the year are: June 19 (tentative), August 21, October 16, and the Christmas party is December 4. | ||||||||||
