Business of the BoardBoard Meetings:January 20, March 17, May 19, July 21, September 15 and November 17, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Rock Barn. About the Board:The Board of Directors shall meet at least four times each year. Special meetings of the Board may be called by the President. At any meeting of the Board of Directors, ten voting members shall constitute a quorum. The Board normally meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in which meetings are called. Contact CCHS

Special NoticesNOTE! Meetings of the Society (according to ByLaws) are the 3rd Tuesday of even numbered months! During 2009 our Annual Banquet is on April 17, and other meetings throughout the year are: February 17, June 16, October 20, and the Christmas party is December 1. | ||||
