Board Meetings:

September 21, 2010 and November 16, 2010, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Rock Barn.

About the Board:

The Board of Directors shall meet at least four times each year. Special meetings of the Board may be called by the President. At any meeting of the Board of Directors, ten voting members shall constitute a quorum. The Board normally meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in which meetings are called.

We have an upcoming Southeastern Barn Conference on September 30 through October 2. Please see www.rockbarn.org for more information. Our next history program will be on October 19 and the annual holiday party will be on December 7, 2010 at the Rock Barn. Both events start at 7:00pm.
